Directory services are charged at 1p per second or 6op per minute with no connection charge.
With the greatest respect to all users please do not use us if you cannot afford it; or call us on another person's phone without their approval
Having provided the telephone service since July 2001, we are confident the we have the balance right.
However should you have cause to request a phone charge refund for what you consider to be an overcharge or unfair charge in respect of calling our premium line number

Contact must be made with us in writing within 21 days of the call in question.Please enclose a short description of your reason for requesting a refund
and a copy of your itemised phone bill showing the amount charged.
We will do our very best to reach an amicable resolution
And will make the appropriate refund where we believe it is justified.

operate a strict NO REFUND POLICY ON ALL THEME PARKS AND ATTRACTIONS TICKETS AND SERVICE SUPPLY PRODUCTS INCLUDING OUR CONCIERGE AND 3rd PARTY HOTEL BOOKING SERVICES.The Majority of these products are low profit margin items and we are sorry but we cannot offer refunds should you fail to use your ticket or voucher within the time/s stated or dates stated on the voucher or ticket we supply to you. However where you contact us before the date of your scheduled visit we may be able to re-schedule your visit if we get co-operation from the Venue you bought tickets for.
