Contract Dispute Mediation Costs
The cost of Contract Mediation is estimated by taking the following factors into account:

  • The number of parties involved
  • The amount/s claimed between the parties
  • Whether Mediation is to be time limited and, if so the time allocated
  • Costs will be increased by the need to hire suitable rooms
  • Our Specialist Mediators have a neutral venue in Lincolnshire where required

    For guidance Our Room Hire costs £175.00 for 4 hours
    A 3 hour mediation with 2 parties involved costs £144.00
    If additional hours are needed because agreement is imminent this is charged at £32.00 per hour

    Personal Family and Relationship Mediation Costs

    Charged at £32.00 per hour plus our venue rental fee, or alternative room rental fee if our venue is not used
    Note: Travel and expenses are charged extra where our Mediators travel over 20 miles and are required to stop overnight in order to provide Mediation at a venue local to the Parties
