This constellation was created in the 17th Century. It is an unremarkable constellation in the Southern Hemisphere.

You can find the globular cluster NGC 6752, with one of the widest diameters that can be seen.

There is also the galaxy NGC 6744, which requires a large telescope of 10 inch or better to view it.
