There are a couple of interesting objects worth locating with large telescopes.
The first object to find is the Fornax Galaxy Cluster, a collection of galaxies with an average distance of 90 million light years from us. With a wide field you can see upwards of 7 galaxies in one view.
There is also a Local Group galaxy member, unfortunately it can only be seen with a professional telescope. However the galaxy contains numerous globular clusters, and one of these has a 12.9 magnitude, which should make it visible in a 10 inch telescope or greater.
Also look to the top left to find a Planetary Nebula, NGC 1360.
