Aquarius, part of the Zodiac, is a large constellation which is thought to get its name from Ganymede, the cup bearer to the Olympian Gods.
There are several features in Aquarius of note. The first is M2, a globular cluster that requires binoculars to see as a faint blur of light. A 6 inch telescope will resolve the Stars at the edges.
The Saturn Nebula NGC 7009 also resides in Aquarius. It was called the Saturn Nebula because Lord Rosse on first spotting this Nebula thought that the protruding rays made it look like a faint planet Saturn.
There is also the Helix Nebula NGC 7293. The closest and largest Nebula to Earth. It takes up a section of sky as big as half the diameter of the Moon. Because it is spread so far, it requires a low magnification with a wide field telescope or binoculars to see it.
